"Very clean rooms.Modern bathroom with good shower.Nice big towels. Breakfast was adequate. We managed to park on site as it was a quiet period. Good location for local restaurants and beach"

"perfecta"

"The pros: property is very clean and the breakfast was outstanding. It is very close to the beach and restaurants even in the off season was a good location. The staf works very hard but they are not professional hoteliers. The cons: it is a bed and breakfast posing as a hotel so some nutty things happened during our stay. When we arrived the owner checked us in. He was clearly intoxicated and was incapable of communicating the parking situation. He directed us to park on the street in what we...

"Che dire, hotel meraviglioso in tutto!"

"Great location. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Amazing breakfast"

"Hotel was great, location unbeatable, only discomfort were the mosquitos in the coffe lounge outside... ;)"

"Vi hadde en leilighet, den bar preg av å være gammel og slitt. Det var spesielt nederst rundt dusjdørene. Det var ingen pris på varene i minibaren/kjøleskapet. Det luktet VELDIG fuktig når ikke aircondition stod på. Nesten som våt pels. Dårlig WiFi. Mangel på stikkontakter. Trang frokost sal. Lite basseng. Bildet lyger, det er maks 5x3m. Dårlig belysning. "Very nice property located right at the heart of Riccione. Very friendly staffs through out my stay. Big shut out to Adriana. She definitely made my stay extra comfortable. Will certainly stay there next time when I am back in town."

The only problem was that the air conditioning wasn’t working well if was working at all and it was really hot especially at night. Other than that, it’s nice hotel, close to Metro bus which can get you to downtown in 20 minutes."

"My partner and I and I stayed for a few days. We were met by very friendly staff and immediately checked in we had a brilliant room, which was nice and modern and very clean. The breakfast in the morning was excellent with plenty of Choice I would definitely use them again."
