Hotel Cetus
10/10 Excellent
"Really nice hotel with wonderful beach access. Breakfast was not included but it was well worth the price. They really had everything you could ask for if you wake up hungry. You can catch public bus into Salerno and there is a shuttle service for approx. 3 Euro per person to get you down the wonderful quaint little fishing town of Cetara approx 1.5km where you will eat the best seafood dishes you could imagine. In Cetara you can also access ferries to Amalfi, Positano, Salerno and possibly all the way to Napoli. (check me on that) The Gym hot tub and ice bathing facility are delightful. Only wish they had earlier hours to open. I'm a 5am gym guy so 8:30 was a bit late for me."

"The hotel was very clean and seems it was remodeled, had modern touches in most areas and room. Front staff, were very kind, friendly and quick response to any needs we had. One mention of going above and beyond was the shuttle driver Antonio, very friendly and helpful, my sisters were very pleased with his service. The restaurant food was great but the service was inconsistent, reason we gave a 4 out of 5 rating. Overall was a very good stay at this hotel."

Hotel La Lucertola

"This hotel is in, for us, an idyllic place to stay in Vietri. A room with a balcony over the sea and a sunrise to die for. What more do need? There was nothing to stop that wide smile when in our room. The reception staff went out of their way to be supportive and helpful. A definite 6 stars for them with their constant smile and willingness to go the extra mile to support our stay. At breakfast our staff were also very attentive and to sit on another balcony in the sun with spectacular views just brought on that holiday mood. There are negatives: When the hotel was built noise insulation in the room were either forgotten or lacking. Adjoining rooms let you know that the guests either side of us were enjoying their morning holiday romance. Our room was under the restaurant and we we woken at 7am with the noise of chairs being dragged across the floor continuously. Did it spoil our stay? No, but we could have done without being woken up early. Though a fantastic hotel with massive positives the noise aspect is one that means we will not return."

"Excellent hotel, with excellent dining area (very, very good breakfast). The only downsize was not offers of any vegan options at the breakfast. Seems, many hotel operators are confusing the Vegan with Vegetarians. I hope they will improve this. Overall we enjoy it and we recommended it."
