"The place is nicely designed but there are also problems due to unfinished construction / unfinished renovation, some spaces are not used due to that. There is no sufficient parking lot, and if you know this place from before, note that it is separated into two facilities. The breakfast ends too early and most often the food will not last until the end of the breakfast period not everyone can have the full breakfast."

We have not done that but the hotel reception next door helped us contact Mr Baha, who was very helpful and good in communication. The villa location was great, a few minutes walking to the beach. there is also a pool you can use, which was nice for the kids. Around 10 minutes drive to Foca. The villa was spacious, with nice kitchen. Overall it was a great experience "

"The Karacam is an excellent hotel on the waterfront of Foca. Driving into Foca can be a challenge, but the hotel was helpful with directions and parking instructions. We enjoyed our stay very much."
