"Great location, lovely room. I have to say checking in experience wasn't amazing, I queued and must have had 4 or 5 staff walk up to the desk (behind), ignore me and walk away. The woman on the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful with the customers she was serving, but with me, hardly any words, basic instructions and that was that. Checking out, was much better. Very helpful and friendly."
