"Hotel needs more signage. There's only an arrow on the road to lead you past several other buildings. Self check-in is difficult if you only speak English. Luckily a very nice front desk attendant showed up to help us. Our original room was not as described on Expedia but he moved us to a much nicer room with the accommodations we needed. Their dinner restaurant was just a short, pleasant walk and had very good food."

"All in all, we liked this place. It’s a little weird with multiple access points and elevators - it was quite expensive considering it is the off-season and there seemed to be few people staying in the hotel. "Great location, just a 5 minute walk to the tourist office, museums, restaurants and the center of town. Delightful cafe with an excellent breakfast. The rooms are large and well appointed. Mine had a nice balcony with a view of the castle. The weather was unseasonably warm but the large ceiling fan worked perfectly. There is a comfortable gathering room with couches, tables and chairs along with self service beverages and games. I would definitely stay here again."
