"We spent three wonderful weeks in Rosalba's house. The house is really excellent. It is quite spacious and cozy. It has almost everything you might need, but even if you can't find something, just ask Rosabla. Bedrooms have wardrobes and mosquito nets. Everything (including bathrooms) is meticulously clean and neat. The absolute gem of the house is big sea-faced terrace with BBQ, dinner place and a few sofas. Right next to Capoterra, the location was perfect for us (recommended with a car): not too far from Calgari for some city tour and also not too far from the beaches further south (Pula, Chia, Tuerredda). "We loved our stay at the villa. Bathrooms were beautifully modern, the pool glorious and the views were stunning. The immediate area is also fantastic. We made a couple of trips to Cagliari and ate at local pizzerias. Little grocery stores nearby - we really had everything we needed. The view is spectacular!"

"Abbiamo scoperto la villa grazie alla partecipazione ad un evento nei dintorni, prenotata da Roma online direttamente sul sito basandomi solo sulle immagini. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi, tutto della villa corrisponde a quanto descritto, dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata indipendente in ogni camera, giardino con prato all’inglese ben tenuto, angolo vasca idromassaggio. "Siamo stati ottimamente accolti e seguiti da Andrea. Presente senza mai essere invadente. Se avevi bisogno c’era sempre e rispondeva subito. La casa , com’è ovvio che sia, l’abbiamo vissuta poco, si partiva al mattino e si rientrava la sera, però ha tutto, dal forno al condizionatore per passare da lavatrice e lavastoviglie. La sera regnava il silenzio assoluto e si può parcheggiare all’interno del cancello la propria auto. Consigliata."

In order to reach the nearest bus station, supermarket or restaurants, you only need walk for approximately 10 minutes. Our host, Stefano, is a very communicative, friendly and helpful person.
