On the ground floor: living room-kitchen-living room with wood stove and many amenities (refrigerated wine cellar, bluetooth speaker, sound bar...). 2 bedrooms with private TV (1 double bed 160x200cm/ 1 double bed 160x200cm). 1 bathroom (double shower), separate WC with washbasin. Mezzanine open to the living room with a ceiling height of less than 1.80m (2 single beds 90x190 cm). In summer, two beds are available in a 23m² outbuilding occupied in winter by the owner. Staggered stairs from the garage / utility room to the living room. Ideal base for exploring the Val d'Arly, Chalet J is located in the heart of a residential area on the heights of a Savoyard village with typical charm. On the motorcycle and cyclo route of the Route des Grandes Alpes, reach La Clusaz via the Col des Aravis, discover the Beaufortain and Aravis mountains on foot.
