"I loved everything about this hotel - room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was nice with good lighting (rare in many hotels.) Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we needed the right connectors, were able to borrow from them. When it was raining, they offered umbrellas. The location was perfect, as we could walk to the train station. Besides that, all major sightseeing were close by. Just perfection! I highly recommend this hotel in the beautiful city of Lucerne. "

"Great, modern boutique property located close to many of the things we wanted to see or eat at in Amsterdam. The only issue we had was that water leaks out between the shower door frame and made the floor wet. Seems like maybe a seal is missing. "
