"Anything this location lacks in luxury is made up for in the solitude and peacefulness of the property. The Private hot tub overlooking a horse and sheep pasture was a great addition. Visually isolated from the road and from all other nearby properties. About 10km outside of town gets you away from the other tourists. "we stayed for 1 night in this beautiful property. it was so peaceful and serene. our room had a balcony and we were able to sit, watch the sun set, and take in the vastness of icelandic skies. there was self serve juice and hot cocoas available, which was very much appreciated after a long day of hiking and driving."

"Easy check in, nicely designed hotel and room. Comfy common area with complimentary tea, coffee and water. Nice bathrooms. I would only suggest better black out curtains for the long and bright summer days. Friendly staff. Would stay here again for sure! "
