This fully renovated basement apartment has two bedrooms with king size beds, one bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, workout room with elliptical and sauna, pool table, laundry room, and cozy living room that opens to the backyard oasis. Located near Safe Harbor Marina, with lake access at back of property for kayaking and fishing (no dock or waterfront view).

This spacious basement apartment has everything you need for a weekend getaway at the lake. Perfect for two couples with kids or for a family. The large outdoor patio area has an in-ground swimming pool with a water slide, lounge chairs, brand new 6-person hot tub, gas grill and patio furniture for outdoor dining.

Living Room & Entertainment space: Inside the apartment is a large, open-concept entertainment space with a pool table, high-top dining table, unique bar area and cozy living room with leather couches and a 50" Samsung smart TV loaded with all your favorite apps. We have high speed internet and a home office desk space if needed.

Kitchen: Off the main living area is a fully loaded kitchen with large refrigerator, conventional oven with stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, hand mixer, crock pot, and plenty of cabinet and counter space to store groceries. Kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, cups, silverware, pots, pans, oven mitts, cooking utensils, knives, cutting board, measuring cups, dish towels and dish cloths, and all the tools you need for cooking and baking. We provide a small supply of paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher pods, and dish soap.

Laundry Room: At the back of the kitchen is a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Here you will also find an iron and ironing board along with a hanging rack for drying towels at the end of the day. We provide a starter pack for a load of laundry if needed.

Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms with king size beds, both with patio doors leading to secluded outdoor areas for the times you need to get away and have some quiet time alone. Need extra sleeping space? We have a roll-away full-size bed that can be setup in the living room area, and is perfect for kids. This is available upon request, just let us know prior to your stay and we can set it up for you. A Pack n Play is also available upon request.

Bathroom: The bathroom is newly renovated with a standing shower and lots of cabinet and counter space for toiletries, towels, and clothes. Towels, wash cloths, shampoo, body wash, hand soap and 3 rolls of toilet paper are provided.

Gym: The workout room is located off the main living area and has an elliptical and a sauna room. Use at your own risk, adults only.

Lake Access: We have a full acre lot with a wooded backyard that leads to Lake Lanier for kayaking and fishing (no dock or waterfront view). There is lake access at the back of our property, but we do not have a lake view. Please note that the path to the water is not paved, so access at your own risk. Adults must be present with kids when going down to the water. There is a bit of a hill going down to the lake, so walking back up can be a bit more challenging.
