"Apartment was centrally located to the train into Philadelphia and very walkable to restaurants and stores. The check-in was very easy with very good communication. Additionally the apartment comes with a designated garage since on street parking is harder after 8 am. The apartment is very comfortable with two bedroom, kitchen and living room. A nice place to return to after touring the city."

Quiet, safe and comfortable. Location was great.. in a very convenient area in the heart of Fishtown. The water is filtered which was very nice as we didn’t need to buy bottled. Pet friendly..brought our Ragdoll cat. The management was excellent! They were easily accessible via text and responded quickly. Would 100 %...

The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The host was communicative and very responsive when I had a question. "I loved the modern aesthetic and spacious feel of the place. The location was in a cute little area. The room was very clean and well kept. Also, the whole process from start to finish was so easy and how they do the checkin, handle stuff during your stay all the way until after your stay is exceptional. I highly recommend checking out SoSuite all over the city. Recommend: checking out the add-on tabs too it is helpful when needing things to do as well as good parking deals!"

"Property was clean and looked as described with a stocked kitchen. The check in process required some extra assistance from the host due to a power outage though the issue was resolved quickly. Street parking was always available without extra cost. Conveniently located between downtown and UPenn. Would stay again!"

The only down fall was the parking (no fault of the host) it took us over 20 minutes to find a spot. Only negative of the house is it’s very bright. There’s no curtains to help at night. But besides that we loved it! The had gates, playpen, high chair ect. "

The drawer on the bathroom vanity was broken when we arrived, and there was also a leak in the bathroom sink plumbing, requiring several visits from Maintenance after we informed Sosuites via text. The dishwasher was visibly broken when we arrived, and stayed broken throughout our 7-day stay. Worse, we learned from maintenance that the company had a repair order for the washer before we rented it...

"It was nice for a night, but some of the dishes weren’t very clean and I couldn’t get hot water from the shower. Hot water easily came out of the sink. Easy walk to Temple University so the convenience out weighed the issues."

The front desk staff appeared disengaged and unprofessional, making the check-in process more difficult than it should have been.
