"We had a wonderful week staying in this property. The rooms are air conditoned with comfortable beds and a great shower. There is everything you need for a great holiday. The pool is amazing, it is heated and like the property spotlessly clean. It makes an ideal base for touring the area whoch is rich in history. Thank you for your hospitality and welcome pack. "

"Sophie, la propriétaire du lieu a pris le temps de nous faire découvrir ce domaine plein de charme, la maison est agréable avec sa cour intérieure qui permet aux enfants de jouer en sécurité. "We had a really nice time at Anne's place in Alet-les-Bains. The house is beautiful and plenty of space for us (family of five). Anne was the best host, always helpful and smiling. She even offered delicious breakfast and dinner on request. The swimmingpool and outdoor area was just perfect, so beautiful and also private. We just loved it here and will highly recommend! "

"Belle maison avec une très belle et grande piscine privative (sécurisée) La maison est dotée de tout le confort nécessaire y compris de mobilier du jardin. Montclar est un petit village charmant au milieu des vignes, attention pas de commerces sur place.Cependant, des commercants ambulants viennent régulièrement avec leur camion (boucher, boulanger...) attention à la période d’août où ils sont souvent eux-mêmes en vacances. Montclar est situé à 10 mn de voiture de Limoux et 20 mn de Carcassonne....

"Transport of luggage (and us) to and from the secure parking outside the City walls was excellent and well organised. Well worth the money. Hotel staff were all friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. "

Beautiful hotel on the walls of the city

"Loved our stay at this hotel! It was a former bishops palace right next to the cathedral and right by the rampart walls. Absolutely beautiful location. We had a room in the building across the way. Large room with view of the church. Very quiet though! Super comfortable bed. We had dinner there on the terrace and it was so good with a great view! Only issue was that our shower wouldn’t drain. Other than that it was perfect! "

"A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The only downside was we couldn’t get a lunchtime cocktail because the bartender didn’t start until 6 (it was a weekend) which was the only fault we could find! Great stay - Merci! "

"Everyone was so nice and friendly. Pool was so nice and refreshing since it was practically 100 degrees f. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was easy and very good. We were glad too since up in the Cité there's no AC and all outdoor seating. Rooms very clean! And the included breakfast with the fresh OJ machine is so yummy! Private safe parking with lots of shade a plus too!!"
