"Nice in general, but AC in our room was a bit dicey. (They came to our room 3 times in the night to check it with a ladder).The lady at the front desk said they would issue a refund for the AC problem we had and email me a receipt later that day, but that did not happen, and I had to chase it down.
They did not clean up sargasso from beach on the weekend, so we did not really want to walk down to the water on the "beach" when we might have liked to.
The employees were overall very nice and the resort is really pretty, and the girl singer in the am Sunday morning was terrific."
