"The dryer broke so we couldn’t dry our towels. The air conditioning in 1 room stopped working but we unplugged it for a whole day and it ended up working again. We stopped getting hot water for a day but fixed it by turning off and on the water heater in the electrical box. Good size rooms & bathrooms were decently clean.gated property so you felt safe . "The property location was ideal for our beach vacation. Literally across the street from Seven Seas Beach. The unit was super clean and very comfortable for 6 people.The view from the rooftop is glorious. "Everything was straight forward from entering to the security gates to entering the apartment. The instructions were clear. My kids loved the pool options. And the area felt really secure. There were a couple of very nice restaurants near the area, like pescaito restaurant and bar. It had great whole fish! Which was amazing. It was very close to the apartments everything was just perfect. The kids loved the rooms. The amenities were all there. "

"The property was amazing!! Clean and security was reassuring. Not sure if in miss read but didn't had a place to stock towels so did alot of washing of towels because it was limited. So have your quarters. Other then that will be there soon . 5 stars for me !"

"We loved our stay here, in fact we loved it so much we plan on staying here next year as well. The condo was clean, organized, bathroom and beach towels were a plus! We absolutely love the heated pool. The host, Winnie was amazing. She provided check in details with pictures to help us find the place. I loved the detail. She was also very quick to respond when I reached out to her with questions. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Clean condo, lots of space, great location. Kids loved that the location had three pools to choose from so they went to a different pool each day. We loved that we were close to snorkeling (simpatico charters), ziplining, horse back riding (caribali), hiking in the rainforest and hanging at the beach at Balneario Loquillo. The kitchen in the condo was great for cooking for the family."

"We found the house to be exactly as advertised! Communication with the concierge and property manager was exceptional. The pool was fantastic entertainment for the kids. And the private beach was our favorite, even after visiting many many other beaches on the island. We barely spent any time indoors. We traveled to multiple neighborhoods on the island and by far this was the best. This vacation will definitely have a special place in our hearts."

"I didn’t notice that you had to check in 24 hrs prior, which made the check in process difficult as the owner was on vacation. The property had a parking spot right outside the room. Minutes from the beach and local businesses. Only take away were no sink in the kitchen which made it hard to clean up and regardless of how spotless the owner kept the property we had 3 Jurassic Park sized roaches in our kitchen and bathroom area, which I am assuming is normal but I am ridiculously afraid of bugs...
