Nice beachfront hotel with an excellent breakfast. Beach access and pool were great. Nice area of town that felt safe. A little disappointed that I booked a room for 3 people but forgot to indicated 3 people would be coming - so they had to charge me more even though it slept 3.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with this hotel. The first room we got was very dirty. Bed sheets had make up on in, dark stains, the floor had stains with dirty on it, cups had lipstick on it. It was poorly maintained with broken cabinets. The only plus, was that after we complained about this issues, we were moved to a clean room.

O hotel é excelente, as fotos correspondem exatamente à realidade. A equipe de funiconários é eficiente. A piscina tem comprimento para um treininho básico de natação. A Academia tem equipamentos razoáveis, mas poderia ser mais arejada. Observações de uma estadia nas férias de julho... inverno!

O hotel é bom, o café da manhã é bom, os funcionários são excelentes, mas o quarto, qdo chegamos estava com o chão escorregadio e eu acredito que foi devido a maresia, não sei se quando limparam o quarto, para deixar secar melhor, deixaram as portas da varanda abertas. Mas, esse foi o único inconveniente do hotel

Quarto amplo, tem a comodidade de jantar no hotel a noite, mas a praia ao fundo do hotel é imprópria para banho, tem que caminhar uns 500 metros para se banhar com segurança. Infelizmente Floripa deixa a desejar em saneamento.
