Pontos positivos: Quarto reformado, recepção estava cheia mas o time foi muito atencioso, café da manhã estava muito bom Sugestões de melhorias: Piscina estava suja (Acredito que pela quantidade de pessoas hospedadas), estacionamento, o fornencedor fica longe e ao chegar lá me deparei com a chave do meu carro sob o pneu, como o portão fica aberto qualquer pessoa poderia ter entrado e levado o veículo.

No geral não gostei totalmente da estadia, e olhe que não sou muito criterioso. Primeiro a recepção é muito burocrática, passei 40 minutos para conseguir fazer o checkin, e algumas recepcionistas não sao gentis. Também não gostei de toda vez que sair do hotel ter que deixar a chave do quarto e quando retornar ter que liberar o cartão da chave novamente. O hotel também não tem estacionamento próprio embora no app diga que tenha. Você tem que se deslocar quase 3 quadras para deixar o carro quando não tem frentista disponível, fora que tem que pagar a diária do estacionamento. O café da manhã é bom.

O hotel é bom pelo preço. A vaga de garagem fala que tem mais precisa ser pago a parte e o carro não fica no hotel, a vaga é em outro local. As portas para a sábado não fecham direito. Mas o café da manhã muito bom e a piscina um local legal.

Boa tarde senhores. Sobre o quarto foi perfeito, limpo e confortável . O grande problema foi que não tinha manteiga no café da manhã, o que tinha era uma Margarina de baixa qualidade , o suco não era da fruta mesmo ,e os ovos mexidos era feito com tanta Gordura que doía nosso estômago. Os bolos não tinha gosto de leite. O café da manhã damos nota 4. ((((Quero deixar aqui um elogio ao atendimento de pessoas muito especiais que nos atenderam lá: Keila,Maria ,Jurema e a camareira do sexto andar que cuidou da limpeza da nossa suite( Ariane)))) Ratifico, a parte do café da manhã precisam melhorar e muitooooo. Pois devido a baixa qualidade da margarina, então tivemos que ir ao hipermercado e comprar uma manteiga. Portanto devido ao café da manhã, não indicamos o hotel e não voltaremos nesse hotel. Fiz a seleção do hotel porque informava ter oferta de estacionamento que foi anunciado como incluso, no entanto não era no hotel e precisei pagar separadamente, não me pareceu honesta a informação. Levando em consideração que o hotel é um dos mais baratos de Floripa, foi um bom custo benefício. O café da manhã tem boas opções, mas nada além do tradicional (bolos, pães e frios, ovos, etc). Ficamos em um quarto bem confortável, com sacada mas ficou alagada todos os dias. Dos pontos negativos: tivemos problemas com a limpeza quase todos os dias, um dia ficamos sem lençol de cima das camas, outro ficamos sem toalha de mão e outra ainda ficamos sem 2 das 3 toalhas de banho; os elevadores são péssimos e não comportam a quantidade de hóspedes, sempre demorava MUITO pra conseguir pegar o elevador (demora para ele chegar ao andar, e quando chegava já estava lotado, tendo que esperar tudo de novo); o hotel tem escadas para entrar na recepção e para pegar os elevadores, o que deixa pouco acessível e ainda difícil para andar com as malas.
