Fiquei hospedado em quarto triplo. Quarto bem grande. Wi-fi razoável 1 pessoa por vez, mais de uma pessoa já ficou lenta. Pontos críticos NEGATIVOS: Cartão de acesso ao quarto precisa ser revalidado na recepção TODAS as vezes que sai do hotel. Café da manhã super lotado, precisa ficar reservando mesa, sem controle de acesso a area do café. Varias pessoas cortando fila, deveria ter funcionários controlando para evitar confusão e / ou delimitação / controle da fila. Café da manha basico.** Funcionários são bem esforçados, mas a impressão é que são poucos para atender a demanda. Elevadores: são apenas 3 elevadores (2 sociais e 1 de serviço). Elevador de serviço fora de serviço bloqueado o tempo inteiro da estadia. Elevadores sociais são lentos e não tem uma logica inteligente, parando repetidamente em andares desnecessarios, faz vc subir e descer varias vezes antea de chegar ao destino. Foi a principal reclamação dos hóspedes em geral.

Fui a trabalho para o Centro de Convenções Centro Sul. A localização é ótima, bem no centro, fica a 10 min a pé do Centro Sul, perto de mercado, farmácia, restaurantes e lojas. O hotel é bem cheio, os elevadores demoram um pouco. No quarto em que fiquei havia barulho nas janelas, elas vibravam forte, então tivemos que colocar papéis para que elas não ficassem "soltas" fazendo barulho. O café da manhã é bom, com várias opções. Achamos um pouco ruim o fato de darem apenas uma chave por quarto, mesmo perguntando se poderiam ser duas. A
