Local muito bom no centro da cidade, porém as instalações são muito antigas e mereceria uma reforma nos quartos e equipamentos como ar condicionado que são ultrapassados e não funcionam. Tive que solicitar um ventilador para conseguir dormir e o valor foi cobrado normal.

O hotel tem potencial pela localização mas a limpeza deixa a desejar com traças dentro do guarda roupas, mofo no teto do banheiro. A porta do banheiro não fechava. No segundo dia que ficamos sequer arrumaram o quarto mas encontramos uma chepa de cigarro no quarto e nenhuma de nós fumávamos. Precisa melhorar muito a limpeza.

Hotel dos Horrores - Insalubre

No primeiro dia fiquei em um quarto que a chave não funcionava, tinha que chamar a recepção para abrir a porta. Quarto e banheiro imundos. Banheiro com luz queimada. Móveis quebrados e mofados. No segundo dia exigi a troca do quarto. Foram 3 quartos ao total. No terceiro quarto eu desisti de fazer outra troca. Permaneci nele, não tinha descarga no vaso, banheiro muito sujo, com muito cabelo no ralo e lodo, encardido. Ar condicionado estragado. Cobertor sujo, com cheiro ruim, espelho quebrado, guarda roupa mofado, paredes sujas com marcas de excrementos de fluídos corporais, mal cheiro. Café da manhã nojento e muito ruim. Atendimento geral horrível. Sempre as mesmas queixas e nada é melhorado. O hotel está abandonado. Não tem condições de funcionar e receber hóspedes. É um problema grave de saúde pública. Nada do que eles falam é verdade. Vivem enganando os hóspedes. Roupas de cama encardidas. Até a recepção é suja, da muito nojo. Não recomendo para ninguém, é extremamente insalubre.

Não foi uma boa experiência

Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência com minha esposa. Cheguei depois das 14h o quarto não estava pronto (foi o menor dos contratempos), chegamos no quarto havia goteira no banehiro, inicialmente não tinhamos agua quente(nos informaram que havia um problema na caldeira), minha esposa ao arrumar o travesseiro para dormir havia sangue seco nele, que pedimos para trocar. O Hotel tem estacionamento mas é 50 reais por diaria, porém mesmo pagando esse valor quando fui pegar meu carro ele não estava no estacionamento do hotel, mas em um "estacionamento" de outro hotel, que era um terreno em demolição e exposto ao tempo. Enfim, apesar de ser bem no centro, não foi uma experiência boa. O café da manhã tem o essencial. E a recepção nos atenderam bem.

Experiência péssima

Desde do primeiro dia foi horrível, troquei de quarto 4 vezes sempre tinha algum problema na acomodação. Instalações horríveis, limpeza horrível principalmente no banheiro tinha até limo no box onde se toma banho. Travesseiros com fronhas sujas e com suor provavelmente não foram trocadas. Roupa de cama no geral horríveis. Eu acredito que o hotels.com deveria fazer uma vistoria nos hotéis antes de colocar no site.
