Absolutely amazing staff, delicious and fresh food, beautiful and spacious accommodations. The kids club and the activities were amazing. I unfortunately got hurt while at the resort (no fault of the hotel) but they were so amazing the life guards took amazing immediate care and the hotel had me privately driven to the hospital and waited to bring me back.

Tired property. Very slow check in. You must take a number for a machine. You pick either normal check on or express. Nobody knows which one to pick. A lot of people took both. We stay 7 days, we have to exchange 2 times the baby stroller ( the 3rd was complete and worked the way it should). Beach was excellent, the best part of the property. Unnecessary hustle for beach towel ( you must pick them up at one location only, why you don put them in your room, ping pong sets the same, ping pong table beside an indoor swimming pool complex, very warm and humid, reservation to play pool when nobody was there (?), improper light for the dirty pool table, you have them in your back so you make shade on the game, not all the restaurants open the same day at the same time, gluten free bread in the morning only, bathroom lights inappropriate ( they are on the right side, so you have shade in your left side for shaving, bathroom sink faucet too big (I think it is a kitchen faucet) you cannot wash your face because it is on your way while bending, outlet inside down the night table. You must kneel to plug your phone, 4 hangers only, ants crossing in the balconies, in front on my balcony was a light for a water fixture that hit me in the eyes, so no balcony enjoyment at night, etc.

We hosted our daughter's wedding party at the resort. This all-inclusive has very good food and nice amenities such as pools, several bars, and athletic facilities. The beach is beautiful as is the walk thru the Ecological Preserve next door. Rooms and bathrooms are ok but are in need of some updating (our toilet kept malfunctioning). The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

We stayed in the villas, not the international hotel. The room was terrible. The beds were so old that I sunk into middle. There was only one table and one chair in the room (and definitely room for more). No art / decorations to speak of. Mold in the bathroom and ants in the bed. Friends had used soap in the showers, a blanket filled with holes and dirt or no blanket at all. We partially booked this property because of the English speaking, but other than at reception, staff rarely spoke English, which made reserving restaurants, spa treatments near impossible. The facilities were also so loud. It was loud in hotel room where we could hear every word from the adjoining room and people talking in the hallways. It was loud in the dining areas, so much so that it was hard to hold a conversation. Walking by the pool areas was loud enough to induce a headache due to the number of people. That being said, the beach was beautiful and some of the outdoor areas were lovely.

Not prepared for family with babies or at least they didn’t want to be prepared with us. No highchairs with security, no elevator in the building we had to sleep (3 floors by stairs), smoking allowed in pool area.. and general attendance was not good, most of hotel team does not speak nor english nor spanish...
