"The Shipping Container House worked really well for my dog and me because: It had spacious rooms, There was easy access to the beach, It was a quiet neighborhood, There was a good-sized backyard, The neighbors were friendly, There was a bench at the end of the road that afforded a fantastic view. Overall, we had a wonderful time and are looking forward to returning in the fall. It totally worked for us!"

"The house was exactly as advertised and only a short walk to the ocean and a long beach. There are views of the ocean from the living and dining room, as well as the kitchen. The house was clean and well-stocked, with lots of instructions/guidance to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The owners have furnished the house with quality items, and it is evident that they have given a great deal of thought to making the house a home away from home. We would definitely recommend the Wave House to...

"Our 2nd visit to Surf Sounds. A nice and affordable place to stay. We bring our bikes for short 1-2 mile rides on the quiet neighborhood streets. The garage easily fits our car + bike + bike rack. Leslie the owner helped out quickly when the internet went down temporarily. We look forward to our 3rd stay in the future"

"The view of the ocean was spectacular. We really enjoyed sitting in the recliners staring out at the sea. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. It was so fun to be close to the restaurants and shops. The kitchen was very accomodating. The only slight issues were that I couldn't figure out how to start the dishwasher and we had some trouble with the door lock in the garage. It was a beautiful house and we hope to come back again."

"Shower head was not operational like it should have been. Toilet is very lose and wobbly. The big white towels smell like a wet dog. Otherwise the rest of the house was great. You might want to put that the driveway is very difficult if you plan on pulling a trailer and vehicle into, with the sharp turn into the driveway."
