"This property was kept in great shape! Vince was very accommodating with check in and out times, very communicative! The unit itself was in great condition, only a couple of downsides and not all were in the owner’s power. There was a smell coming out of the kitchen sink/garbage disposal, only noticeable when washing dishes. Parking is an absolute menace if you have more than one vehicle. Uncovered spots get taken fast. A backyard shade is pictured in the photos but not provided, not a big deal...

"Wonderful and comfortable home to stay at while in Arizona. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close to hiking in the Superstition Mountains, plus good walking just in the neighbourhood. Very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely recommend."

"This house had everything we needed. Owners Nancy and Joseph were very helpful when we had questions. They supplied coffee, a few cereals, condiments, and some canned goods, pasta and beans in the pantry - very nice. Note if you have bad knees like my husband, all bedrooms are upstairs. "
