"So this was a replacement for our roach hotel, so it was obviously better.
The front desk person was not very friendly or helpful.
Was there 3 nights and Had to come to front for key not working each night. On the last night they had to come to room and use physical key to let us in. Battary was dead on door pad.
Again front desk person wasn’t not friendly or apologetic at all for the inconvenience every day."

"Located on the quiet side of I-20 with many restaurants less than a mile under the overpass. Front desk (Kim) friendly and welcoming each day. Full Breakfast (eggs grits bacon sausage waffles fruit n more). King suite roomy, clean n bed very comfortable. Tub/shower good water pressure."
"Our room was pristine and the property is beautiful. All of the staff was polite and helpful. My only complaint is the lack of vending machines or a store to purchase drinks and some of the gum equipment was out of order."
"Only issue was that the pool was not available and we were not notified of this until we went to use it. We had a very disappointed 3 year old granddaughter who was really looking forward to this."
"We were traveling with our family and had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel was in a convenient location, and the room was comfortable for our needs.
The only minor issue was a slight smell in the room, but it wasn’t anything serious and didn’t affect our stay. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider staying here again."
