Great Florence Apartment

The location is fantastic, close enough to walk to everything and still on a quiet street. The host met us upon arrival and explained the apartment thoroughly, and there was also a guide book in English to things like appliances and water.Overall, just a great visit and our family enjoyed being able to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay. Family of 5-spouse, 2 teens, any my mom. Lots of space to spread out and loved the living/dining room area. Love that there is an elevator for luggage and groceries as apt is on the top floor. Location is great for walking in the city. Beds were all very comfortable.

Our stay at the apartment was lovely. The location was perfect! Out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist center, but so close to everything. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. This is a very large and clean apartment in a great central location but not really a palace as advertised. There is artwork from 6th graders framed on the walls and bathrooms are small with weak showers.The host communication and check in and check out were great- no problems there.Apartment lacked dryer as advertised so we were stuck with wet towels for 3 days. Bsic amenities such as salt, coffee, milk and bottled water- just a small amount to make one feel welcome were lacking. Comfortable and convenistay but nothing flash and not a palace.

Fantastic location in Florence. Just across the Arno and walkable to all of the major sites. Great communication with the hostess. We liked the cafe on the back side of the building right on the river for breakfast and ate at restaurants on this same block twice. Really enjoyed this property.

Centrally located but not in the most touristy part of town. Walkable go all the sites. Very clean and spacious, perfect for our group of 5 including grandparents and toddler. Beautiful decorated historic property that is very central to all you want to walk to in Florence. The Host is the most responsive and helpful person I have come across in all our VRBO rentals over the years. Very clean, easy to find and nice amenities in the home including good air conditioning in the rooms!

Felt Like Home!

My four friends and I enjoyed our stay in this spacious, bright, clean apartment. The location is a quiet neighborhood with restaurants, bakeries, and the best gelato in Florence. It is a short walk to everything. The apartment has very comfortable beds, pillows and soft linen. The kitchen is lovely as are the bathrooms. Our host was responsive to our questions. If you’re lucky enough to book a stay here you won’t be disappointed.

Loved it!

I didn't realize how nice it would be to be away from the touristy crowds. Being across in the river is so lovely. Fun the wander these streets and find amazing shops and bakeries. And thank you to the other reviewer who mentioned the nearby wine window - that was fun! Very easy to just walk across the bridge to be at all the spots on your to do list. The apartment is very spacious and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family! Good location!

The place fit seven of us very comfortably. A/C units in each room and throughout the apartment kept us very cool during high 90’s temperatures. Very cute place with all of the amenities to cook large meals. Good location with restaurants nearby and a supermarket around the corner. Good communication with the owners. Allowed us to enjoy our stay in Florence in comfort!
