The location was next to the Uffuzi and in a very busy, cute square. Although there is always something going on, even a stage with performances, you can't hear it from the apartment. It's clean and well kept. Perfect for a couple. Would stay again!

Lovely apartment in a central location. A little pricey but very convenient. Had what you needed (no safe though). Check in a little late at 3pm but the office in the building let us leave our cases there. Hot water for shower was only just tepid all three days which was not great. Host pretty responsive.

There apartments is conveniently located near all the big attractions in Florence. Good lodging for the price and nice break from a hotel. Luca is always helpful.

My partner and I stayed here for three days. The location was in the heart of the city and incredibly clean. The hosts were easy to communicate with. Will definitely be renting this spot again when we come back to Florence! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property was fairly small but totally satisfactory for my partner and I. The real 5 stars I gave comes from the stunning location!! It was amazing just walking outside and being in the middle of such a lively and beautiful plaza :)

We loved our stay at this location! It was a great location and the owner communicated very well! The studio was very nice, the AC had a little trouble. We contacted the owner and he sent a handy man out quickly! It was still a bit hot, but our fans definitely made it work! We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Our stay was wonderful it was in a great part of the city. Right in the heart of the city, we were able to walk everywhere we wished to do. Would highly recommend this unit. Host was very helpful and available with all questions.

Location is great with the doorway right on Piazza Signoria (15 min walk from train station SMN). Building has a small elevator shared with Relais Piazza Signoria hotel. As others said, the bathroom is very small for two but having the kitchen added usable counter space. With the fridge and microwave we could reheat leftovers from large Tuscan dinner. Enjoyed a nice breakfast at Revoir looking at Palazzo Vecchio on our last morning. Overall, it was as nice or better than other places we stayed in Italy and had a cheaper price.

A great location to experience Florence!

We enjoyed our stay in Luca's flat. It was clean, had great character and was the best place in Florence to experience all the city has to offer visitors! We discovered that the window should be left closed - there was an unpleasant odour from the garbage stored in the outdoor space. Luca was very accommodating to our arrival and departure schedules - he arranged to let us in when our flight arrived and let us leave later than normal as well. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to any single person or couple.

Excellent location, but....

Love the location. It's ideal for one person. The unit is comfortable. My wish: for the shower to be better cleaned/maintained. The black mildew is UNACCEPTABLE both for hygienic & health issues. The price justifies higher standard of cleanliness.

Localización impresionante para viaje espectacular

La localización del apartamento es lo mejor, justo en la plaza de la signoria a escasos minutos de la Galleria degli uffizi. Tenía todas las comodidades necesarias para una buena estancia, exceptuando la calidad del Wi-fi que era irregular y el termo a veces no era tan caliente como nos lo podríamos imaginar. Lucca ha sido un anfitrión perfecto, siempre atento y proporcionándonos la información necesaria de Florencia para que disfrutáramos nuestra estancia al máximo. Gracias!

Bella, comoda ed ottimo prezzo

Siamo andati in questo appartamento durante le vacanze di Pasqua e siamo rimasti veramente estasiati. L'interno è essenziale e garantisce tutti i servizi indispensabili in maniera eccellente, i letti sono molto comodi. Ma il punto di forza è la posizione: vicino a tutti i musei più importanti e alle zone anche più fuori dal centro come San Miniato o forte Belvedere. Tutto questo ad un prezzo veramente accessibile soprattutto considerando il periodo. Il proprietario si è dimostrato sempre gentile e non ha fatto mancare nulla. Insomma questo appartamento è caldamente consigliato e speriamo di ritornarci presto!

Great location, clean, but smaller than I thought

Pros: Comfy bed, clean, great location, easy access, coffee machine is great, kitchen Cons: Only 1 full size towel provided (I had to use hand towel to dry off with), bathroom too small (especially between sink and toilet), no shampoo/conditioner/bath soap provided, only half roll of toilet paper provided (barely enough for one day), owner was 30 minutes late for check-in appointment

Cosy with great location

The apartment was very clean, comfy bed and Luca was very helpful. There was a little elevator which was great for our luggage. The room is small but ok for a short stay. But preparing food is tricky due to the lack of bench space. Room was a little cluttered, but with beautiful furniture, however with a couple removed it would make for more room. Location is absolutely fantastic! We loved Florence.
