Hi. My name is Larry Carey. I had a room booked from June 24-28th; Room 154. I suffered from bed bug bites on the first night. I brought the issue to your attention but you denied the room having any bugs. I return to the main office the next day and also told the manager. He mentioned that he sent someone to inspect the room and that they found nothing. I recorded a bed bug in my luggage. There were spider webs. It was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. Roaches in the refrigerator. I killed two roaches during my stay. The manager and owner denied everything. I’m still working towards resolving this complaint.

It was a real dive, not actually a hotel. Our room was in a shambles, not just dirty. The only good thing was that we were refunded and we left as quickly as possible.
