The Santa Croce Garden Apartment features free WiFi, air conditioning and heating. It can accommodate 6 people, located in the Santa Croce district, practically adjacent to the Basilica of Santa Croce. The entrance to the Santa Croce Garden is on the ground floor for easy access for people who have difficulty walking or carrying large bags. The Santa Croce Garden Apartment has 2 bedrooms with new beds and mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a pleasant garden.
Check-in can be done anytime after 15:00. We always meet our guests to deliver the keys. In case of late check-in there is no additional cost. the keys of the house will be left in a safe deposit box outside the house.

CAUTION !!! I remind you that the apartment is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL), you cannot get in the car and stand in front of the apartment without a permit. At each entrance there is a camera with a traffic light indicating whether it is possible to enter or not. You can park your car nearby in a paid garage that will eliminate any infringements due to the passage through the telematic ports of the Old City. The cost of parking varies from 25 euros for 24 hours for small or medium cars up to 45 euros for 24 hours for 6/8 places. If you need a place to leave your luggage and continue the city tour before getting back on the train, don't ask-ask, and I'll explain where to leave your luggage.

Perfect clean nice space on quiet street with easy access to all the sights. Was only 2 of us, me and adult son, but 2 couples would be very comfortable. Large beds for each of us, with comfortable bedding. Nice large bathroom, kitchen and bonus garden space. And Alina was an excellent host going over and above to be accommodating and gracious. If description meets your criteria don’t hesitate to book this one!

Cool and quiet and spacious, lovely to have the outdoor area. Alina was very helpful, meeting us on arrival. Felt safe and secure and away from tourist -central but actually only 10 minute walk from most of the highlights. Thank you Alina.

Check in was extremely easy, Alina is responsive and very attentive as a host. Our time at this location was amazing, it is just as described online. We enjoyed the apartment and will definitely book if we return to Firenze again. We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was in a fabulous location, comfortable beds and much needed air conditioning! Communication with the host was easy and she was very helpful. We loved the little snacks and cold beverage surprises in the fridge. We hope to be back!

This was a nice apartment in a residential area. The location was very convenient and we could walk to most places. It is a small apartment and the courtyard which was the reason I rented it, for my granddaughter, was a bit unkempt.

One of the nicest experiences I have ever had! Alina was super great from the get go and very accommodating. We arrived to a lovely basket of baked goods and milk and champagne in the fridge. Beautifully furnished, clean and quiet. Well stocked kitchen as well. I would give it a 10 if I could! I will def be back. Thank you Alina!!!!
