Nice Apartment, Great Location
Pros: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Walking distance to everything. 20-30 min to train, 8-10 to duomo, 1-2 to Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi. Great for exploring all areas of city including across the river. Clean and Modern. Comfortable. 4th floor and has a lift. Great value for price. Cons: the washing machine had been broken by prior renter, but there was no accommodation for extra towels; we were given (1 regular towel, 1 small towel for each of us for a full week). One pillow for each of us and 1 blanket in the whole place. My husband tossed and turned a few nights and slept on the couch with just the thin couch cover. Terrible WiFi, sometimes we couldn’t connect at all (maybe this is common for Florence). On a couple nights, there was a little bit of alley/piazza noise, but not too bad and we had earplugs with us. I’m sure many parts of Florence are much louder. Would we stay here again? Possibly. It is a good value, but might try a hotel next time with easier accommodations for towels and pillows.

Great location in Florence
We traveled to Florence to visit our daughter who is studying abroad. The apartment location was perfect. We were near the river and in the middle of everything we wanted to see. The apartment was the perfect size for two people. Francesco met us on Easter to let us in which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and included all the amenities. It is located just a short walk from so many of the major attractions in Florence (Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Duomo) and since the building is located in a piazza it was relatively quiet even though near an active street scene. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Florence,

Amazing location + great apartment!
This apartment was very clean and in a great location. Our only issues were they only gave us two towels for the whole stay (for four people), there were no sheets for the pullout couch and the check-in process was very difficult. It was a struggle getting ahold of the manager and you can’t check in yourself. We had to wait for the host to get off of work and let us in. Overall, a fantastic place to stay but make sure you let the host know exactly what time you’ll get to the apartment and ask for sheets and towels in advance.

We really liked the apartment, furnishings and location, it couldn’t have been better! The elevator was a HUGE plus. I was traveling with a friend, so we used both the bedroom and sofa bed. The sofa bed was very comfortable, but it was impossible to find the linens and blankets to make it up. If you stay here, the linens are stored under the sofa bed, you will not find them without opening up the bed. We were not met by our host. We were sent a text to pickup our key at a nearby hotel. I found that to be a bit odd. The apartment is further from the train station than we expected and the cobblestones although beautiful are difficult to pull a suitcase on. I would definitely take a taxi next time. Would I return to this Vrbo? Yes, I would!

Great location and property
Very central location so this was really great for a weekend. Clean and spacious apartment. Very well equipped and decorated. Only downside was a change in checkin arrangements on the day, so we had to check in at a hotel and with lugguge in tow, this was not ideal. And the apartment was full of mosquitoes despite it being November. But would definitely recommend.
