My wife and I had a lovely stay in this apartment. The location was perfect, just steps away from Piazza de la Signoria and the Ponte Vecchio. The rooms were clean, the TV's, Wi-Fi, and the A/C systems worked well, and we were able to cook simple meals in the small kitchen. Francesco was very responsive throughout our stay.

Location is unbeatable. Apartment is as advertised, very quiet but in the middle of all the sights of the historic center. Communication was reliable and timely. My adult daughter and I stayed here for two weeks and would highly recommend it. Steps from everything but comfortably tucked away in its own Piazza. Very comfortable and nice apartment as a base for exploring.

It is located just a short walk from so many of the major attractions in Florence (Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Duomo) and since the building is located in a piazza it was relatively quiet even though near an active street scene. We traveled to Florence to visit our daughter who is studying abroad. The apartment location was perfect. We were near the river and in the middle of everything we wanted to see. The apartment was the perfect size for two people. Francesco met us on Easter to let us in which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this apartment.

This is a comfortable apartment in a perfect location. The shower large for Italy and the apartment is updated yet still classic Italian. We come to Florence often and have rented many apartments and we will stay there again. Francesco was very helpful.
