Spacious and welcoming apartment, centrally located, 7 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella station, two minutes walk from Via Tornabuoni and Ponte Alla Carraia. It can accommodate up to 5 guests. Located on the fourth and top floor without lift of a typical building. The entrance is in the beautiful livingroom with fireplace, a comfortable sofa and a big table for minimum 6 persons, then there are two double bedrooms with wardrobe corner (with single bed option) and a single bedroom. The complete bathroom has a comfortable bathtub. The equipped kitchen is equipped with dishes, utensils, dishwasher, oven, hob. It is equipped with Wifi connection and washing machine. A set of towels and sheets available to each guest. To reach the apartment it is necessary to climb several flights of stairs, therefore it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility and small children. Located in a lively and dynamic district, the main attractions of the city can be easily reached on foot.
It is located in a restricted traffic area, it is not possible to park in the surrounding streets, it is recommended to park in a private garage.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged. . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
