The room we stayed in was a great space. Chocolate and welcome prosecco, yes please! The hosts were very gracious and helpful. They cleaned the room daily but there is the option of messaging them if that’s something not desired. It was close to the train station and walkable to a more touristy part of town.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The recommendations for dining out were just what we were looking for, the location was within 30 minutes walking to anything we needed in any direction whether it be train, shopping, eating, tour meet ups, etc... It was a bit noisy but that is to be expected in a city and the floors squeaked which didn't bother us as the place was amazing and comfortable. Loved the tea in the room for anytime we needed it and the coffee made to order in the morning added the perfect touch. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

It felt very private, quite and clean..my room was spacious. Bathroom was huge and breakfast was on point! Francesca the owner was so sweet and her staff was there to help as well! Lovely stay.

We booked this hotel because it says on Hotels.com that it has a spa, which it didn't. There was a spa in the same building , owned by someone else, and closed while we were there. Obviously this disappointed us, and should be better communicated on hotels.com. The room itself was spacious, and quite Nice with a big bathroom, but it was very noisy from the street outside , and to hear other People talk outside the room. There was parking availabe on the street if you are Lucky, or in a Ford garage 5 minutes walk away. It seemed a bit sketchy, and you need to leave the car key with the People who work at the garage, they did not speak any English. It is a 20-30 minute walk into the city center, which was good for us.

Lovely property, within waling distance of the Duomo. Francesca was amazing , the rooms well appointed and the breakfast delightful. This B&B is full of character and charm. I definitely plan on returning. I traveled with my daughter and felt very welcomed by Francesca. I highly recommend this property.

Gem in Florence

What an absolutely lovely B&B!! It’s even more beautiful than the photos! Clean, spacious (!!), elegant, conveniently located, and absolutely homey. Delicious breakfast, a welcome bottle of wine... Francesca outdoes herself as a host ! I would love to stay here again. Thank you so much, Francesca!!

Great B&B

Lovely decorated B&B, Francesca our host was lovely and very helpful, booking us dinner and giving us a map of Florence. The continenetal cold breakfast was very generous with lots of pastries, cereal, toast, meats and cheeses. The large room was very nicely decorated and clean with a very comfy bed and amazing floor. We were also given a slightly later checkout when I fell ill on the day we left and pointed in the direction of a pharmacy. Only downside was that the B&B is a good 20 minute walk into the main part of Florence and there was a reasonable amount of street noise, however as the windows appeared to be original I don't think this could be helped!

Vi opplevde Fransesco's (eieren) hjelpsomhet og han hjalp med både å ringe til videre hoteller på vores reise og vi hadde en hyggelig prat om Firenze Opera. Hotellet ligger i en rolig bydel, ca et kvarters rolig gange fra spendende matsteder, marked og går man inn til byen hele veien på ca 30 min har det allerede vært masse hyggelige opplevelser innen man kommer inn i turistmyldret. Stort, lyst og romslig hotelværelse og en deilig frokost. Anbefales!

This is a spacious BandB about fifteen minute walk away from Galleria Academia. You are very secure here because there are two keyed areas and a keypad lock to get to your room. The owner is not 24/7, but will make sure you can access when he is not present. The breakfast is simple but good. The room was huge and very comfortable. The parking is a little challenging but available. Owner is friendly and helpful.

Room spacious with a balcony facing the street. Plenty of hanging space,full length mirror, tv and tea/coffee making facilities. Bathroom also roomy with a shower and ample towels are supplied. Breakfast consists of cereal, toast, croissants, fruit, cheese, meat and yoghurts.Tea or coffee made and brought to your table for you. Francesco the owner was a delight and gave us really good info on parking and places to visit. Hotel walking distance to most local sites and a bus stop is around the corner. Again Francesco will advise on tickets.All in all a brilliant holiday.

We enjoyed our stay at Opera for our short time in Florence. The hotel was a little walk away from the historic center. Nice place - great attention

The room was great very spacious and clean. The best part was the guy who attend it, Giuseppe! He made everything at his possibilities to make our stay confortable. His advise about the city or even the rest of the places to visit! Great host! Awesome room!
