Located in Borgo Ognissanti, one of the most famous and historic streets of Florence , full of small shops typical ancient Florentine craftsmanship, here you can still feel the atmosphere of the authentic Florence!
The entire apartment has been decorated with attention to details and refined taste for design furniture and comforts. The earthy color palette of the apartment creates a warm, pleasant atmosphere.

The space is clean and practical and accommodates comfortably up to 5 people.
It's located on the first floor of a historic building with elevator and comprises:

This place is in a very convenient location to be able to walk to most of the places we wanted to go, and a short uber ride to farther places. It is very spacious & nice. Everything was clean, comfortable, & having the washer/dryer was really helpful. The family room was large & nice to hang in after long days of walking around. The kitchen was also good to have for leftovers. At check in, we did have to wait for them for a half hour in the lobby before being able to enter, which was rough after so many hours of travel, But even with that hiccup it was still a great experience & we would stay there again!

Perfect location. Only think I would consider to have extra blanketsnfor each room as night time gets little chilly. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Definayely stay again if we visit Florence again in the future.

We loved our stay in Borgo Ognissanti. The location is perfect to walk along the river and into the historical centre, as well as for access to all the great restaurants south of the river, and Mercato Centrale in the north. The apartment is beautiful, quirky, and a real improvement on your average holiday apartment having been put together as a stylish and grand place, fitting for Florence. We found a couple of quirks that weren't quite right during our stay (the kettle and jacuzzi(!!) weren't working), but these were quickly offset by some of the awesome features, like the art, the spacious kitchen, the steam room / shower and full laundry facilities. Thoroughly recommend.

I stayed here with my wife and 3 teenage children for 5 nights. The apartment is fantastic. It's on the 2nd floor with plenty of space and very clean. The location is great and walking distance from almost everything. There is an elevator if you need it. It is in a safe area and the apartment is very secure. I wish they would provide 2 sets of towels per person instead of one. There was also a little bit of a delay in communication via email. Those are our only (very minor) criticisms. I highly recommend!!

great location! Easy walks to grocery, wine, highly rated restaurants and all the sites! The kitchen has everything you need to cook full meals for a family. The apartment is HUGE! It reminds me of a large American one storied brownstone. It has a very long hallway that takes you to all the rooms. Beds and pillows are super snuggly. The smart TVis great to watch a favorite show after a long day of touring. The WiFi is very consistent and supports a lot of devices. We felt very safe as well. Just to get into the apartment there are 3 doors! The elevator was a blessing with all our luggage. It is an overall comfortable apartment in a very accessible area. I also like the area because it seems to be populated by locals vs tourists. SweetStay was SUPER responsive to all my communications from the day we book thru our entire stay. They are very knowledgeable and attentive!! I will definitely use them again for other locations. Highly recommended!!!

This apartment is amazing. Great location near all the sights without being in the noisy center of things. The apartment is gorgeous and very clean with modern amenities. The apartment is only one floor up so taking the elevator is not necessary. The laundry machine worked well and allowed us to travel with Just carry on luggage. Niccolo and Andrea who manage the listing are very good at their job. They were very responsive and helpful. I will stay here again if I come to Florence again.

We had a wonderful stay ! One of the best place in Florence. A very nice apartment, well equipped, clean and comfortable. A perfect location close to everything in town. You absolutely don't need to rent a car or take a taxi, you can walk everywhere, even to the train station (10 minutes) which brings you to the airport, Pisa or Sienna. Sweetstay'f is a great host, the staff is very kind, easy to reach and helpful. We can highly recommend.

Wow wow wow! I can’t emphasize just how much of an incredible stay this was. The location was perfect, especially to stay somewhere as unique as this. What I loved most was not only are you sleeping under a piece of history but the rest of the apartment was modern and up to date- from the rainfall shower to the kitchen and espresso machine. We loved and appreciated the thoughtful detail Andrea left for us with the bottles of wine, coffee and even bread. We had everything we could need and more. Can’t recommend enough, don’t hesitate!

This apartment is beautiful and perfect and huge. We loved our stay there. Very centrally located. SweetStay was kind of a mess to deal with and it's also available through other sites like VRBO and I'd suggest renting it through those instead.
