We loved the place, walkable to all key locations. the staff was very communicative and lovely to deal with. Our only issue was the wifi was down for our three nights. A slight inconvenience but other than that we highly recommend Goldoni.

Amazing location near several attractions and piazza. Plenty of amazing food around and very convenient corner stores. The staff was very helpful and kind. They helped through WhatsApp, as we never saw anyone attending the desk. As some have noted, there is sometimes a sewer like smell in the bathroom. The use of water causes a loud pump to go off which was not always nice for any early morning bathroom breaks. However it was overall great and I would recommend for a couple or solo traveler specifically.

Managed to book this last minute, location is convenient and a short walk to the Santa Maria Novella train station, lots of shops and eateries nearby and a walking distance to most popular attractions Pleasantly surprised by the size of the bathroom, was big and has all amenities needed for the stay. The TV was not functioning properly during the first 2 nights of stay and got fixed on the last night… but better late than never i guess? Overall a good experience and would book again
