Many things broken -toilet seat -railing -coffee pot was discussing-not clean at all -allowed us one hour extra after check out appreciate that only good thing

Fine in Florence

Spent one night here, it was fine. When checking out and looking under the beds, we discovered that they don't thoroughly clean (nothing like sleeping above someone else's underwear). Neighborhood is fine but not the nicest. Communication was all off-platform (WhatsApp), which I didn't realize, and so we got bumped to a later checkin than hoped. And they'll charge you the tourist tax in addition to the VRBO price (bring cash).
