The apartment is located in an elegant building 30 m from Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery and 50 m from Ponte Vecchio, in an exceptional position for visiting the entire historic center. The house consists of a large bedroom with a large double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, where an additional bed can be placed, the bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa. The furniture is functional and equipped with everything needed for the stay. The apartment is located on the fifth mezzanine floor, reachable by lift, it is very bright and quiet, because the windows overlook a panoramic but internal square. The location is very central and exiting the main door you are surrounded by the major monuments of Florence: Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio are just a few meters away, the Duomo, Santa Croce and Palazzo Pitti a few minutes away.

Location location location!

A quick trip to a beautiful city we had never visited before. Elisabetta’s place is in the very heart of it all. Lots of shopping and dining right outside the door. But also very quiet and private inside the apartment. It was a perfect place for myself and adult son. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable stay, flexible host

Elisabetta was a wonderful host. She was kind enough to allow an early check in and later check out, which really helped our travel plans especially since we were traveling with a small child. The apartment was exactly what we needed: safe, centrally located and enough space to avoid feeling encumbered by bags like we would in a hotel. Grazie, Elisabetta!

A Month in Florence

We had a wonderful visit with our daughter who was studying in Florence. Our family visited over the month transitioning in and out of the flat and it was a smooth and easy process. Great location and Elisabetta was responsive, kind and easy to work with at all times. I would stay there again!

Lovely Florence apartment

This apartment has everything you need to enjoy Florence! The location is great and everything is within a quick walk including shopping, grocery store, museums and sites of interest. Elisabetta is a wonderful host who meets you when you arrive. Very comfortable and quiet.

Specular Apartment

This apartment is spectacular. Elisabetta is helpful and friendly, providing the best Benvenuti a Firenze. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. But the most stunning part is the apartment is quiet but absolutely in the middle of the city with everything close enough to walk and visit all the famous sites. I highly recommend staying here in this 2 bedroom apartment.

Absolute perfect Florence location!

We could not have been happier with our decision to stay at thia location in Florence. The owner, Elisabetta, was incredibly responsive throughout the process and made sure we felt good about our stay. For starters, the location is perfect in Florence as its seconds from Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. A quick walk to the train station and you can take day trips easily. If you're looking for the Ritz Carlton this isnt the location for you. If you want clean and convenient then I'd highly recommend and would stay here again without question.

Perfect apartment in Florence

This apartment is perfect Florence. Location, size, amenities, host, cleanliness, it was the place to be. Located in the heart of the city yet a quiet oasis. Comfortable and convenient to everything. An easy walk to all the sights and the transportation system. Cabs abound. Words cannot express not photos really portray how well situated and appointed the apartment is. Host is wonderful and made our stay better with the wine and city suggestions. Very responsive and lovely. Would definitely rent again.

Location location location

Elisabetta was a wonderful host. She had a binder with local info and suggestions, a map of the area. Very thoughtful 😃. The location is absolutely perfect for a stay in Florence. If there was one thing I could change, it is the size of the shower. A little difficult to maneuver without bumping the on/off hold/cold handle. I’m not tiny so some fault of mine as well but a teeny bit more room would have been nice. Beyond that, this stay was absolutely perfect.

Amazing host and location

Elisabetta was a wonderful host and very responsive to questions we had. The flat is perfectly located with in walking distance to all the museums, restaurants, shopping, etc. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Elisabetta left us a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. Florence is a magical place with so many great restaurants, gelato and shopping. I had the best lattes I've ever had in my life! My daughter and I felt safe walking at night. We had the most fun making pasta and touring wineries. We loved Florence and hope to return again.

Eleven days in Venice

Clean, comfortable centrally-located two bedroom apartment. 2 1/2 blocks from the Ponte Vecchio; three blocks from the Uffizi and the Piazza della Signoria; about eight blocks from the Duomo. The apartment building is in the middle of the busy nightlife/tourist/ resaurant district, but the unit faces an interior courtyard and is on a high floor, so little of the street noise penetrates. Elisabetta, the owner, gave us helpful information about local transportation and the location of an excellent CONAD supermarket just on the other side of the Ponte Vecchio. We would stay here again.

Our stay in this apartment was clearly one of the best experiences we have had with a VRBO apartment. We were delayed arriving in Florence, but Elisabetta and her husband stayed late into the evening to welcome us, give us a thorough orientation and tips for tackling the Florence sights and streets. The apartment was lovely - neat, tidy, with everything we needed. The location was PERFECT! We are active walkers and some days did 5-7 miles over rough Florence streets. The opportunity to get back to the apartment conveniently during the day for a rest stop was very helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment to travelers young and old.
