"This property really is a hidden gem. Very clean and staff comes in to clean at the same time everyday if you want it. There isn’t staff available all day, however they answer a text through the app quickly. Very roomy and perfect for my trip. I would stay again. "

"This property met my expectations and was perfect for our needs. It’s a very reasonably priced hotel about 10-15 minutes walk from the main attractions of Florence. The staff was truly friendly and helpful. Though a bit dated and shabby, our two rooms were impeccably clean, sheets and towels crisp and fresh, and the AC unit new and efficient. "What a little gem! The hotel is in a perfect location; easy walking distance from the main sites and buses, but on a quiet street. My room was on the backside of the building so I woke up to the sound of birds chirping. My bed and pillow were also very comfortable. I was able to check in 30 minutes early which was super helpful. Despite being a very small hotel that isn’t staffed all day, the staff there was wonderful. The hotel is an incredible value and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."
