Loved the location, right near the Ponte Vecchio and within easy walking distance of museums, shopping, and dining. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, but the suite (in between the rooms) had an unpleasant smell. There was not coffee provided in the rooms, which was a major disappointment for me. Tea was provided, but I had to go out each morning to find coffee at 7 am as soon as the bistros opened.

In the heart of the city, clean room with every day service. Self check-in and check-out. Great stay overall but personally would have maybe preferred to stay a bit less central due to how touristy it was on our street. Regardless it served its purpose and would recommend for a stay

Highly recommend Domus Uffizi! From initial booking communication with owners was excellent. The room was very clean and modern. I made one request which they responded to within hours. The location is AMAZING, right in the heart of the historical district and minutes walk from everything. The bed and pillows were on the firm side for my preference but I slept well. Will book again without hesitation.

Very clean location and rooms. There is no staff physically on site, but they are always available via Whatsapp. They are able to help with most things. The location is amazing and you are steps away from most things you would need to do as a visitor to Florence. This is located on the 5th floor of a commercial building with other tenants in the building so just be aware of that.

The location is great, very centric and close to everything. The rooms are pretty good as well, we stayed in room 1 and it was spacious and isolated. Our family stayed in room 5 and because of the proximity to room 4, you can hear absolutely everything. Super noisy. Both the sinks were clogged through our whole stay, we mentioned it to housekeeping but was not fixed. It is not super clean, there is a lot of dust and even after clean, the floors are still dirty. Overall is convenient. So we do recommend.

This is a low-quality room rental. The building is dirty, and there is no daily housekeeping. Everything is automated, and the only point of contact is via WhatsApp—but they take an eternity to respond. In short, they don’t seem to care about your arrival or honoring their agreements. I was promised that I could drop off my luggage before check-in and that cleaning staff would be on-site to assist me; in the end, there was no one there, and I had to spend more money to store my bags elsewhere. Furthermore, the room has a strong, musty smell.

PERFECT location!

- ideally located between the Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo, all major attractions are walkable within a few minutes - great hotel room, very clean, nice shower, 2 separate beds - I recommend! I would stay here again for sure.

Great location and a nice room. It can get a bit noisy at night due to the restaurant below. Check-in was tricky — the eSIM connection didn’t work, so we had to find a nearby restaurant with Wi-Fi to complete the process. A restaurant employee kindly helped by calling the service number and setting up a WhatsApp connection. Once connected, the Domus Uffizi representative was very helpful. Best to check in in advance when you have a reliable connection

Didn’t like the lack of human interaction and the poor communication about check in time. We checked in online and the email said everything was complete and didn’t reference a time we could get in. We assumed we could get in whenever we got there (around 1pm). When we got there we couldn’t open the door to our room.

The hotel sent a link to use upon arrival. Trying to avoid using data, I planned to use the hotel’s free WiFi to do this, but the wifi was down, so we had to call the remote hotel staff to get the room unlocked. Very frustrating. And the internet remained down or too weak to use for the majority of the stay. They should send the room codes when they send the codes for the building and hotel wing entrance. Because of these problems I would not recommend this “hotel”. (The term hotel is generous for this no staff on site cluster of rooms down 1 wing of 1 floor of an apartment/office building)

This is a great place if you are a capable traveller that doesn’t mind a no staff option. The apartment is well located, clean, and quiet. I enjoyed not having to check in with anyone and just go straight to the room. The instructions were easy to follow and everything went smoothly. I would totally stay here again.

Localizado muy céntrico, fueron flexibles en el check in early. El unico detalle es el que aire acondicionado se apaga cada que abres la puerta, entiendo el ahorro pero las habitaciones se pueden calentar mucho (durante el verano).
