Arizona living at its best! 2,700 square foot single story home on large lot in Parkside at Anthem . The home has four bedrooms plus an office. The office includes an Xbox gaming set up and pull out couch (which can serve as another bed!). The master suite has a king size bed, walk in closet, bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower. There are three additional bedrooms in a separate wing: two with queen size beds and one with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4), this wing has another spacious bathroom featuring a tub. The entire home has large tile flooring in all the common areas. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering with friends and family. The kitchen features an eight-foot island perfect for a quick snack or for prepping for your favorite meals, and it is fully stocked for your cooking needs. There is a large living room with a 82" smart TV. The room is open, airy and bright.

If the house wasn't great enough, the backyard is what truly makes this place a GEM. The attached covered patio is completed with a large Smart TV. The tv can be enjoyed from the plush outdoor couch and oversized chairs or rotated to be watched from the pool! The pool features a stunning waterfall and Baja shelf which is perfect for splashing around with younger kids or lounging to enjoy the Arizona sun. In the evenings or colder season, optional heat (additional fee) makes the pool just as inviting. Just beyond the pool there is a detached covered entertaining BBQ/entertainment area with a gas BBQ grill and small Traeger smoker for your use. Not to mention, there is a wonderful bar with 3 stools, and a large table for outdoor entertaining, in the sun or the shade.
The other side of the pool features a separate resort-style lounging platform with optional shade cover.

*** For our guests planning a longer visit, access to the community amenities can be granted for a small fee. Requires a minimum stay of 30 days. This includes use of the 43,000 sqft club house, gym, tennis courts, pickleball courts, pools, catch & release trout pond, seasonal waterpark, playgrounds, and dog parks.

We do maintain two security cameras on site one on the driveway and one is a wide shot of the back yard. The door lock also has a camera built into it. There are no cameras inside the residence.

Home away from home
The house has everything one could need while on vacation. The beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were sooo soft. We bbq’d and cooked and they had anything and everything you could need. Overly stocked I was really shocked at how the house even had spices. and bbq runs. We had a family reunion at the house and it is very spacious and the pool was great. Stephanie and Karl were available for any questions we had so overall a great time. I Highly recommend the house

This property was exceptional and we have stayed at a lot of vrbo properties. So clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed or wanted was there. Loved the backyard too with pool. would definitely stay there again.

Karl and Stephanie are great hosts! They made sure everything was 5 star and were available when we had questions. The house is spacious and comfortable. The back yard has wonderful sunshine. We are from a colder climate and spent many hours in the backyard, in the pool and enjoying using the smoker. The property is set in a quiet ‘town’, with great walking paths and activities…if you can leave the amazing house and backyard! The town of Florence is close by with great options for dining. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning next winter!

My team was in the area for a work project. This house allowed them to all stay together and be able to relax comfortably like being at home. Communication was top notch and questions were answered quickly. The pool was a big hit with the heat as my team works outdoors. Highly suggest booking this location if you are in the area.

Wonderful Property
This place is great! The house is huge, with guest rooms on one end and master on the other. Back yard perfect if you have a dog as its fenced in, pool is fantastic, everything was as advertised. The few minor issues we had were addressed right away by the owners. We would definitely rent again.
