Have been disappointed with Marriott properties lately, both TownPlace and Courtyard. Reservations lost, poor maintenance and staff that seemed bothered to even respond to a question. Marriott, do better.

We enjoyed our stay very much the staff were very helpful and friendly from the beginning to the end! Parking was great! My only problem would be that breakfast is not included in the stay but overall this was a really good stay for my mother and I. I would definitely book with them again

(1) We had no hot water in the shower. Didn't discover this until just before we left in the morning. (2) If we DID have water, the shower gel dispenser wasn't working, and the shampoo dispenser was off the wall. (3) There were spots on the floor, walls, and ceiling. (4) The configuration of the room was ..... strange. Had to look left from the bed to see the TV. Couldn't fit the luggage cart into the room without moving a bed side table.

Terrible experience I was traveling back to Florida with my dog, husband and baby. I stood in room 324 roaches in the room and the carpet super dirty. I told the staff and nobody paid attention to me, I was told a manager would reach out to me and nobody ever did. Please do not stay here.

We went onto the balcony to enjoy the view, and we were locked out for about 20 minutes. The lock fell off the door, and my child was left inside. My daughter is 16 but it could have easily been a minor or toddler left in the room or worse locked outside on the balcony. We were unable to use the balcony after.

The property is clean and well-maintained. However, in the past three times I have stayed at this hotel, I have been double-charged for my room twice. There seems to be an issue when using Expedia to pay for your stay, and then the hotel is taking your credit card for incidentals upon check-in. When they take your card they are then charging full price for your room after checkout. I was able to fix it the first time it happened, but this past time when I was double charged I am having to go through a dispute process and hope I get the charge removed. The staff at the hotel are insisting I was only charged once, but I have two receipts for the same stay with two separate charges on two separate cards. One charge was through the Expedia app using my PayPal account the other is through my Mastercard. Please be aware of this issue and check to make sure that others are not being double-billed.

Nice property. Modern. Only potential negative is that it is amongst quite a few hotels that have continental breakfasts. This one charges. I don't care much for the continentals but interesting when the brand doesn't fit the mold.
