Cavour 28 - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

The apartment is located on the third and top floor with lift of an elegant historic building in the heart of Florence. The house is spread over two floors and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry and terrace.
On the first level you will find two single bedrooms, bathroom with shower and small laundry, equipped kitchen and a large living room with frescoed ceiling.
On the second attic level there is the double bedroom with private bathroom. From here you can access the panoramic terrace. Wi-fi connection and air conditioning available.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.   
As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details . The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address .   . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
