We had the most wonderful stay here. There are a good chunk of stairs to get there but you walk out the font door onto shopping, restaurants, minutes to the Duomo, and Ponte Vecchio. (They do help with suitcases). The breakfasts were amazing. The bonus is Antonio who is incredibly helpful, funny, and kind.

Very very nice place to stay in central Florence

Our expectations were exceeded greatly. All questions we had were answered instantly and as soon as we needed help of any kind it was solved instantly. Big thanks to Samuele and the very helpful breakfast man.

Good location. Amazing staff. They are so nice and helpful and kind. This location does need to be more clear about how to enter the facility. There is not a clear location - just a door in the middle of the city. Need a sign or something to signal the hotel.

The location was amazing as we were right in the heart of Florence. Walking distance to most major attractions and tons of shops, restaurants and such within walking distance. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, the staff were amazing and we truly loved our 5 night stay here.
