"I booked two Classic Double Rooms and requested connecting rooms, but unfortunately I didn’t receive any response from the hotel for over two weeks before our arrival. Fortunately, the hotel generously provided us with a complimentary room upgrade to better accommodate my child, which we truly appreciated. My only concern was the air conditioner and the air quality in our room, as the airflow seems an odor. Overall, we were grateful for the excellent service from Christian and the reception team."
