Ancient elevator easily missed at building entrance. Property is on third floor of building. If the communal elevator is not closed properly it does not work. Location close to water and many restaurants.

Location is fantastic and the room was very comfortable. Only issue was that the wifi was rather slow. As the proprieter of this B and B does not stay there, they give you the details to enter the apartment via email and WhatsApp. So be sure to let them know when you're arriving and to contact them for the details if you don't have them on the day of arrival.

While the location is great walking distance from everything, I think the rooms were very small and only had space for a bed basically. There seems to be one person running this place and they will not refill used amenities after you use them. The thermostat also doesn't work properly and I couldn't turn it off during the night. It was very loud and I could both hear it and feel the vibrations even when I had earplugs in. As with everything in Florence, everything was expensive so the price for this hotel wasn't the best either, but it was the only thing available, and I had to book it last minute for a wedding stay.

Good location but reception only manned until 2pm, so if you have an issue after that, you have to call a number where in my case nobody replied (tried over a one hour period). Also the staff is not very responsive to emails sent through Expedia but that might only be an issue with Expedia.

Vi hadde et fint opphold. B&B-et ligger i en sjarmerende, gammel bygning full av sjel, og beliggenheten rett ved elven er perfekt med kort vei til alt. Utrolig hyggelige personalet som var behjelpelig hvis det var noe vi trengte.

La ubicación es excelente: muy cerca de la estación de tren y de los principales puntos turísticos de Florencia, lo que hace muy fácil moverse a pie o en transporte. Sin embargo, es importante aclarar que no se trata de un hotel, sino de un hospedaje dentro de un piso en un edificio muy antiguo donde hay otras propiedades. El acceso al edificio es bastante oscuro y no hay recepción ni administración en la entrada, lo cual puede resultar confuso al llegar. El elevador es también muy antiguo, con espacio para solo dos personas sin maletas, y suele presentar fallas, lo que puede ser incómodo para quienes viajan con equipaje. En general, la experiencia fue positiva gracias a la ubicación, pero recomiendo que el anuncio especifique claramente estas condiciones para que los huéspedes sepan qué esperar.
