Great place. Great location. There is a shop that has smoothies next door and a great pizza place at the end of the block. The place just needs AC in July.

Good sized apartment, adequately outfitted with all the basics. Great location with lots of restaurants and shops to explore nearby. Lots of stairs to climb up to the apartment so not well suited to guests with mobility challenges.

The best thing about this apartment is its location. It was within walking distance of many sites and close to the metro. There was a grocery store nearby. The apartment was very clean. However, the kitchen was not well stocked. It did not have a coffee pot, a toaster nor a microwave. There was an old sandwich maker which we were told to use as a toaster. I requested a coffee pot ,and I was told it would be delivered which it never was. There is no elevator to carry suitcases up flights of stone stairs. If this is an issue, this may not be the best choice for you. There is no air conditioning and windows do not have screens on them.

Overall, this spot was great for our family. Just enough space and described accurately. The only con, really, is that in July it was VERY VERY hot which made sleeping all but impossible. With the windows open, it still didn't really cool off much and it let in mosquitos and quite a lot of noise. I know this isn't a fault of the host, just an unfortunate fact of Summer in Firenze. So all in all, this spot was great. The location was perfect -- very near the Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, good food. But I would be more likely to recommend this spot when the weather is cooler. Many thanks for a lovely stay!

Spend more money and stay somewhere else, not worth it for the prices paid. There was no air conditioning as advertised it’s three little fans. The house on photos looks really well taken care of but we saw a lot of broken doors, broken hinges, and a lot of blood on the walls from all the mosquitoes. On our first night we were all showering and the downstairs neighbor came to tell us there was a water leak going down her apartment. Texted the property manager, and they insisted to come the next day whether or not we were comfortable of them coming in to the apartment without us there. The mosquitoes are everywhere and there are no mosquitoes screens. The walls are all stained with blood from all the mosquitoes killed in the apartment. We originally booked for four people and one of our friends decide to join las minute. We didn’t think anything of it since the place is advertised to hold up to 5 people. Normally they don’t make a big fuss over it but with this location they asked us to pay extra towel and bedsheets cost, which we did end up paying. Also, if you are a group of five just know the “sofa bed” is not comfortable at all and should not even be advertised as a bed for someone. Overall we did not enjoy the experience, thankfully is in a very centric area so you can just be out the whole time.

Spacious for family of 4.
Great location to explore Florence. Better to stay in Oltrarno, more choice of restaurants and wine bars.
20 min walk from station. 10 mins from main sights.
Kitchen fairly well equipped for self catering.
No kettle!
Decent supermarket within 5 min walk with fresh deli counter.
Mossies a problem!
Third floor apartment so not suited to poor mobility.

Good location, up 4 flights of stairs, no lift nor air con. The lounge/kitchen was a corridor between the two bedrooms. The property was rustic, but clean, but I would not recommend for those who cannot climb 100 stairs.

Great location and the apartment was more spacious than expected from pictures. What we missed were airconditioning and mosquitoscreens.
