"Quaint. Feels like you are staying in the real Florence. Desk manned for only a portion of the day. If you are arriving late, ensure you contact hotel for entry codes and room key. There is a code to building, code to floor of hotel and then key to room. Walkable from train station and walkable to attractions."

"Our unit was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is shared but was kept clean and stocked. There is a tram outside the window but the noise did not bother us. We could walk to anywhere we wanted to go but the tram was there for anyone that would need it. "
