"Overall a very poor stay. Such a long list of things to name that we had problems with. 1. The elevator wasn’t working and they pleaded with us to try to put us on the 2nd or 3rd floor, but we had a lot of gear between the two rooms. They ended up putting one of the two rooms on the second floor and one on the first. The second floor room had no power working (lights, outlets, etc.). They ended up relocating second room to first floor after all the hassle. 2. Pool and hot tub were both out of order. 3. Self service laundry was out of order. 4. Gym had no water to drink. 5. They ran out of breakfast two different times during scheduled hours. 6. They ran out of wash cloths to use and had to wait for them to find more. Overall a poor experience with this hotel and would avoid if you can. "

"I give this motel 5 stars mostly because the staff /owners were so friendly and helpful. The property itself was clean, parking was easy. We were gladly given more pillows and towels. But the beds were a bit uncomfortable. And it was 90 degrees outside and the and the A/C unit was loud and didn't keep the room cool. "

"Beautiful, cozy and welcoming. Centrally located to ensure you are in within a manageable driving distance to the Royal Gorge, Garden of the gods and Pikes Peak. Walking distance to local brewery and restaurants. Our kids loved the amenities provided with the rental. Fully furnished kitchen made it nice when we did not feel like dinning out! Local grocery store 8 min up the road had everything we needed as well. We will stay again next time we are in the area!"
