"The only thing I could complain about is the availability. I did not want a handicap room."

"The check IN took a little longer than expected, had to ring a door bell at the front desk, a sign stated that they stepped away to assist another department. Took about 10 minutes before they reappeared. Once they got started the check-in process went well. on the way to the elevator, a family just got out of the pool, the hallway and elevator was full of water. No wet floor signs to be found. The room was clean. The bed was excellent. Good shower as well. The breakfast was hot but limited....

"We are in one room and we had to change rooms because it was down by the woods and we did not like that. The next room had bugs everywhere. I am going to try to get my money back.Because we didn't even stay more than two seconds.."

"This hotel is a ok to use for a day or two. Out of two rooms one had a bad remote for tv the room had a little musky smell and the bed was broken and ac was rattling but put out cold air. But overall the hotel is not bad staff was great to us very close to stores"
