"This place is in a good location near JFK, UBS Arena, shopping centers, and restaurants. The host was fabulous! We had a few issues during our stay but the host did a good job of addressing them."

"It’s a lovely property, the owners were nice and everything was clean. It is near an airport though, so planes will be audible every few minutes. If you’re a film student and you need sound recorded, keep that in mind. If you’re not a film student, it’s not loud, and is convenient for travel."

"Clean, safe, comfortable, with plenty of space for 2. Private entrance was a nice feature. Unit has plenty of linen during our stay. Excellent amenities as described in listing. It came back to NY, would stay again and recommend to friends and family. "

"The place is a basement and not insulated from noises from the top floor. There were literally footsteps and furniture moving noises late at night and early morning. The host is terrible. Not only they made me check in late, they didn’t make the effort to make it up for me and provide late check out. "
