"The boathouse was perfect for me and my husband! We had everything we needed, took full advantage of the kayak and spent hours on the water!! It was just beautiful and we saw so many manatee!! The bed was comfy and the shower was great! Teddi goes above and beyond to make sure you’ve got everything you need including info about restaurants etc. I hope we’re lucky enough to stay here again someday."

"The rental is right on the water and the area is beautiful. The watercrafts were in poor shape but we brought our own and it was amazing to be near the river. The place was clean and had all of the basics and comforts of home. The floor is not steady and I'm not sure what that is about but we loved our stay there!!!"

"Lovely, quiet property on the canal with easy kayak access to the Weeki Wachee River! Full kitchen, roomy quarters, kayaks, paddles and life jackets included! Nice shaded deck on the canal, plus large screened in patio with a dining table and chairs - indoor or outdoor dining! Italian restaurant and gas station just down the street!"

"My husband and I came for my birthday from Colorado and left the kids at home! It is a small place, but it was perfect as we only needed to sleep and shower and then we were off on adventures. Clean and cozy! I would definitely stay here again!"

As stated above, everything was fantastic, from meeting Dona' s Mom, "Mrs. A", upon our arrival to the wonderful animal tour given by Dona, complete with the boys being able to feed some of the animals, to the perfect evening with a fire, and star viewing. Dona & her Mom went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. We made great memories here and look forward to our next time we can come again!"
