Charming Rural Farmhouse on a Working Alpaca Farm

Enjoy the peace of rural country living on our working alpaca farm near Kokomo, Indiana. With your stay you'll have complete privacy as a guest of our farm and exclusive access to our modern farmhouse, complete with free wifi, flat screen TVs, modern kitchen appliances, gas-grill and even a Keurig coffee-maker. You will miss none of your modern-day amenities at this farmhouse located 1 hour north of Indianapolis, 3 hours southeast of Chicago.

Staying at the guest house at Heritage Farm gives you the opportunity to enjoy country living while not sacrificing the modern amenities that you enjoy. This fully equipped, beautiful 3 bedroom home offers accommodations for up to 11 people. Parties and events are not allowed.

Heritage Farm is a working alpaca farm with over 70 alpacas you can watch and interact with. Make friends with our black Labrador, Juno. Also residing on the farm are a flock of chickens, several barn cats, five goats and a couple of cute Kune Kune pigs. If you want to, you can help with the daily chores of feeding the animals and collecting eggs. After that, you can explore the big red barn that was selected as one of the top-ten Bicentennial barns in the state. Roam around the 120 acre homestead, woods and creek and soak in the sights, sounds and smells of the farm.

Activities for kids include helping with farm chores, wading in the creek, and sliding down the giant hill slide.

Be sure to visit our farm store before you leave where you can shop for alpaca products such as sweaters, hats, mittens and scarves. Pick up some honey made from bees on our farm or some farm fresh eggs from our flock of pastured chickens!

Heritage Farm is in the heart of rural north-central Indiana. The surronding area is a patchwork of corn and soybean fields broken up by an occasional forest. If you like peace and quiet, you will enjoy your stay here!

If the dates you prefer are not available, check out our newly renovated River Birch log home. This lodging option is in a beautiful wooded section of the farm and has all the modern amenities as the Heritage Guest House!
