"My room was not ready. I did not have access to my room and no one could figure out why."

"All good - somewhat gaudy but fun"

"The location of the Hotel is very convenient. The room is not spacious but the facilities are good. Snacks, tea, hand-ground coffee, even a bottle of red wine are free. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The roof top view is fantastic."

"Clean room, great service and really nice pool. Very accommodating for a family with young children."

"Clean room and friendly staff."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel S. I loved the Art Deco style and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The amenities were great, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service was also excellent. Everything made my stay comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Great location on the quiet side of Taipa with fantastic view of the water and Macau. Hotel is over 40 years old with no major upgrades so everything is really old. Staff is friendly and helpful."
