"I tried multiple times to cancel this room, when I went to check it into it on Monday night or technically, Tuesday morning and they would not give me a room and I had 2 . 12 year-old boys with me and we were traveling alone.I called you guys and I tried to put the code in and you refuse it when you guys flipped it for the next day when it was around 11:30 at night while I ever use your website no and nor I recommend it"

"Horrible. Filthy. If I could get my money back for the night I had to stay there I would. The pictures are extremely deceiving. The sheets were stained and stunk. There was no mattress protector there. Nothing was clean about the only thing that was clean was the towels that were put in the bathroom. The shampoo dispenser was broken. Thankfully I brought my own. There was baby powder all over the back of a chair for the desk that was in there the remote had tape for the TV to hold it together...
