"Location was the best part, walkable for restaurants and the aquarium and a short 5 min drive to other restaurants on our list. Parking garage was not an issue at all, staff was helpful/friendly. Coffee shop was not the best but it’s there. The beds and pillows are both SOFT so that’s a preference issue, we brought our own pillow so major issue. Also no tv in the bedrooms, again preference but good to note! Overall will stay again, no issues just preferences to note!"

"Rooms were very clean and staff were kind. Enjoyed our time relaxing around the fire pit. Met some friendly guests from Australia. When visiting my son at school we will definitely stay here again."

"Nice hotel, well kept and very convenient. Just a touch from the main part of the downtown area but it's all growing together. Lady working the front desk dropped 6 F bombs in a minute and a half in front of my kid, another kids, my wife and I at 930 in the morning about being in the pool before opening time at 10. In the room it says 9 and by the pool it says 9. She wasn't getting after us but said she didn't give an eff that her boss didn't want us in the pool before 10. 6 times. Very strange. Other that that it was a good place to stay for a good price."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean although a little dated. But for one night it served its purpose. The complimentary breakfast was good and fresh."

"This hotel was perfect for our stay in Chattanooga. It is walking distance to downtown and the Walker theater. It was clean, staff were helpful and friendly, bar and restaurant on site, pool is small but nice, and valet was normal pricing for overnight parking. We will definitely stay here again."
